Mirror of Emotions

The contemporary person often remains unaware of their emotional state: stress and fatigue accumulate unnoticed, joy passes by attention, and mood fluctuates throughout the day. We lack a simple tool to help track and work with these emotions.

«Emotion Mirror» is a piece of industrial design that combines the function of a regular mirror with the digital visualization of emotional states.

Using a camera and TouchDesigner, the mirror captures facial expressions, voice, or breathing, and projects the emotions onto the reflective surface through abstract graphic patterns.
