A table game inspired by «The Snow Queen» by G. H. Andersen.

In Gerd’s original fairy tale, it’s a symbol of selfless and pure love that can melt even an icy heart… but modern Gerda won’t tolerate the slightest coolness on Kai’s part. Times have changed, boys!

Before the party starts, the players take 30 coins and put the figures on the starting points: Kai on the Ice Palace and Gerda on the House.
The players are moving clockwise in an attempt to catch up with each other.
Then the players pull the cards out of their own deck in turn. Every card is an event that happens to characters on the way.
There are symbols on the maps: the gaming bones are the number of steps to be taken. The cross is a pass. The coins are the cost of the election. The heart is about improving relationships. A broken heart is a deterioration.

To save the points of the relationship, the players take their badges, «Hot Coat,» if there’s a heart on the cards, and «Foo! It’s cold» if the heart is broken.
The party ends when someone catches up to someone. The catcher’s counting his badges. If more Watras, Kai and Gerda get along, if the Holders break up.
