Concept
Frame. — a mobile application for assembling a team for a photoshoot: photographer, makeup artist, stylist, and studio
The client selects specialists based on their portfolios, checks availability for the desired date, and pays for everything in a single order. The project currently focuses only on photography, but there are plans in the future to add videographers, designers, and other creative professions.Кадр.
Problem
The Problem: Photo Shoots Have to Be Assembled Piecemeal
Even for a small shoot, you need several people, and it’s impossible to find them all in one place.
Usually, this is how it goes:

- Photographers are found and scrutinized across dozens of social media profiles.
- Makeup artists and stylists are sought out separately.
- The studio space is selected independently.
- They message each person privately, inquiring about rates and terms.
- Dates are reconciled: the photographer is free on Saturday, the makeup artist only on Sunday, and the studio is booked.
Ultimately, the client ends up coordinating the project themselves. This is a long and exhausting process, especially if it is the client’s first time shooting a project. Specialists also face inconvenience. They have to find clients themselves, showcase work on social media, and negotiate orders through private messages. The main problem is that there is no single place where one can find all the necessary people, assemble a team from them, and agree on a date.

Solution
Solution: The entire team in one «basket»
The application aggregates photographers, makeup artists, stylists, and photo studios into one catalog. The client chooses exactly who they need and arranges the entire shoot without needing to correspond with each individual. Customer Journey:

- Opens the catalog and selects a specialty, such as fashion photography
- Reviews the portfolios of photographers, makeup artists, and studios, and compares prices
- Adds suitable professionals to the cart. If a makeup artist is not needed, they are simply omitted
- Selects a date. The application displays the days when all selected professionals are available
- Pays for the order directly in the application (if a professional rejects the shoot, the client receives a refund for the service from the canceled professional)
- Professionals receive a notification with the date and shooting details (they can accept or decline the shooting request).
Instead of multiple chats, the client places a single order. The specialist receives a client who has already seen their work, knows the pricing, and has selected a date.

Directory Photographers, makeup artists, stylists, and studios. Search by tags and shooting style Specialist Profile Portfolio, services, pricing, specialization, available dates Shoot Planner A cart where the client selects only the necessary specialists Booking Calendar, date and time selection, availability verification, confirmation Orders and Payments Payment, notifications to specialists, list of upcoming shoots
Two Sides of the Application
Client Searches for specialists, assembles a team, books a date, and pays. Specialist Uploads a portfolio, sets prices, and marks available days.Who It’s For
Primarily for private clients needing a photoshoot for themselves. The service will also be useful for models, aspiring bloggers, content creators, small brands, or companies that require professional photos, and for people preparing for a wedding. How does this application’s mechanics differ from what already exists?
Every single mechanic already exists somewhere. On Wildberries, products from different sellers end up in one cart. On HeadHunter, specialists create profiles and receive job offers. On Behance, people view portfolios.
This application brings all these functions together, centering them around one goal: assembling a team for a specific date and booking it immediately.
Project Additions
Initially, the app will only feature professions related to photography. This approach makes it easier to explain the service’s value and streamline the customer journey from search to payment. Videographers, designers, and artists can be added at a later stage.
