FCI Student Union: Work and My Leadership

The student union was founded by former local members (including myself) of the FCI Student Council after its dissolution. The structure of the Studio is similar: (the head of the Union, who is responsible for the organization of work — deputy heads of unit (the Design School, the Media Institute, the Communications School) — a social committee (which is responsible for good conditions in the corps) — an information committee (which is responsible for media coverage) — a committee on the quality of education and science (which is responsible for collecting information on learning problems) — a secretariat (which is responsible for documentation). Personally, I have been on three committees since the Student Council — a social committee, a committee on the quality of education and information.

As I mentioned above, the task of the social committee is to monitor the favourable conditions in the corps. For example, a cafeteria commission was formed, which periodically inspected the cafeteria in agreement with the staff of the School of Design. From the pointable briefcases, you can recall: the discovery of 102 audiences at the Design School; the work on the wall on the 2nd floor, the development of rules for its use; and the work on Wi-Fi in the hulls. In the social committee, I present problems and suggestions from students.

The SPLM specializes in teaching issues. For example, up-to-date documents, screening of PUDs, consultation in student point briefcases, etc. I am more involved in the work of this committee. Of the most recent briefcases in which I have participated: (1) Students ' consultations periodically receive requests from students in their personal communications. I deal with his situation and issues in detail with each of them (from the basics of the system of appeals to the more serious case types of eviction). (2) BCD problems — organized all the work — recorded complaints and suggestions — collected a separate document — sent to the organizers of the course

3. The new S.A.A.A.A.A.A. One year ago, Anastasia Lopuchovsky and I took the case to design a new rating system. We received a draft version of the new criteria from Julie Baranova, in agreement with Arsenia Meskhorykov, and over the past year and summer vacations together with other members of the Union, we made proposals for improvement. Since the publication of the criteria, Anastasia and I have dealt with all the complaints and suggestions made by the students, together with Anna Frolova (the leader of the SPLM) and other members of the studio.orga have had many meetings about the system with questions and so on.

The Information Committee provides public coverage of the activities of the student union, as well as information on various developments relating to studies and legal instruments. Infocom is my main committee. As a representative of the local Studio, I served as deputy head of the committee. My responsibilities were: — to replace the head of the committee in emergencies; — to publish posts in all media resources in cases where there is no head; — to help coordinate work; — to replace and report on meetings; — generally simply to work on the committee (help with posts, organization of tasks of private working groups, etc.).

After my dissolution, I remained the deputy head of the infocoma already in the Student Union. I still have the same tasks, besides them, I periodically assumed the leadership of the task forces (e.g. refinishing the brandbook).

On 7 April, Lydia Henkin, the former head of the committee, resigned her mandate and nominated me for her position as deputy. On April 15, I assumed the position of head and preside over the committee to this day, continuing Lida’s activities. My responsibilities include: — organizing the work of all working groups (brandbook, monthly item, emergency tasks, recruitment, useful materials, etc.); — selecting new members of the committee; — attending and reporting meetings; — managing all media; — communicating in the group’s communications, reviewing tasks and proposals (for example, we periodically publish the posts of the design school about the immediate events, as requested); and — preparing and publishing posts when it is not possible to delegate a task (copirating, card design).

Thus, starting with my second year, I have been actively involved in helping my faculty and, most of all, my department. Over the past few years, I have worked in many briefcases and participated in external projects (e.g., I helped make a brandbook for the selection of local commissioners, I participated in the design of a new gland, but unfortunately the project was cancelled). I am now continuing my activities through the head of the committee and the other two committees, and I plan to do so until my graduation from the university!
